How does delivery work?
Every bouquet is hand-made to order in Auckland. Order by 1PM, Monday to Friday, for same-day delivery anywhere in the Auckland region. You choose your delivery date in the pop-up after adding a bouquet to your cart.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery anywhere in the Auckland region is included in the price. Delivery to the rest of the North Island (including Waiheke and Great Barrier Island) is $9.95, and to the South Island $19.95. See delivery areas for details.
Is a card included?
Yes. Every order includes a free printed card with your message. Choose a design when you pick your size, or upload your own photo to print on it.
Can I add chocolates or balloons?
Yes. Browse our add-ons and they'll arrive with your flowers in the same delivery.
What if my flowers arrive late?
If your flowers don't arrive on the date you chose, contact us within 48 hours. We'll give you a $50 gift card (or refund the delivery fee on orders outside Auckland). This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Say thanks to a friend, teacher, colleague or client with a fresh bouquet hand-made in Auckland. Delivery is included to homes and workplaces across the Auckland region, and weekday orders before 1PM arrive the same day.
